Customer Relations Marketing.

Customer Relations Marketing.

What is customer relations marketing?

It’s about your customers, asking them what they want and being good at providing it. It’s not about providing an non – invaluable service that only serves the provider.
It’s about passionately providing an invaluable service to the people that both learn AND decide to trust you.

The Major Factors:
  1. Know What You’re Actually Talking About.
  2. Admit When You Don’t.
  3. Find Out, So You Can Provide An Invaluable Service.
Marketing isn’t only about the sale. Proper marketing is also about trust based on knowledge and ability.

Though, more especially; internet marketing is fraught with pitfalls.
Genuine and real marketing, however, doesn’t change. Neither should your customers opinions, views or desire to both trust and respect you as a mover and shaker as opposed to you just saying the right thing at the appropriate time.

In short.

Provide a proper service and you’ll never be short of customers you can market to. If you just use lip service, typed or vocally, trying to tell potential customers what you think they want to hear, then you’ll never stop having to re – invent yourself and look for the next shiny.
False shiny stuff gets tarnished. The customer has to try to polish it. Proper shiny stuff never does because you’re the polish. Their is nothing really wrong with shiny stuff. It’s all about the person that provides it.

So ask. Do I keep it shiny? Or is it just lip service? How can I do better? How can I look after my clients/customers better in a way that I can confidentally garner more?

It’s not rocket science or re – inventing the wheel. It is proper marketing.

What your business is about, the size or your marketing and the size of your business is of relevance but the principles are and always will be the same.

I will endeavour to show everyone the way. Ask me questions, argue or debate but always, always, look at you first. How can I do this better?
